Ingredients:
2/3 cup crisco butter flavored cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup sugar
2 cup all purpose milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon plus
1 teaspoon milk
Method:
- Place Cream Crisco, sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl, mix with mixer at medium speed until well blended.
- Add in egg, beated. Combine flour, baking powder and salt, mix into creamed mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
- Heat oven to 190°C. Cut cookies into desired shapes. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Sprinkle with colored sugar. Bake at 190°C for 7-9 minutes.
- Cool slightly and remove to cooling rack.

250 grams Butter
2 Eggs
3 1/2 cups Self Raising Flour
1/2 packet Smarties
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 180. Cream together butter, sugar and condensed milk. Add vanilla, eggs and finally fold thru sifted flour. Cover and leave to stand for 20 minutes. Roll large balls that fit the palm of your hand, squash slightly and place on lined trays making sure to leave plenty of space for spreading. Press 5-8 smarties into each biscuit
