Serves 3


Ingredients:

2/3 cup crisco butter flavored cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup sugar
2 cup all purpose milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon plus
1 teaspoon milk


Method:

  • Place Cream Crisco, sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl, mix with mixer at medium speed until well blended.
  • Add in egg, beated. Combine flour, baking powder and salt, mix into creamed mixture.
  • Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
  • Heat oven to 190°C. Cut cookies into desired shapes. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Sprinkle with colored sugar. Bake at 190°C for 7-9 minutes.
  • Cool slightly and remove to cooling rack.

    1 tin Condensed Milk
    1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
    250 grams Butter
    2 Eggs
    3 1/2 cups Self Raising Flour
    1/2 packet Smarties

    INSTRUCTIONS
    Preheat oven to 180. Cream together butter, sugar and condensed milk. Add vanilla, eggs and finally fold thru sifted flour. Cover and leave to stand for 20 minutes. Roll large balls that fit the palm of your hand, squash slightly and place on lined trays making sure to leave plenty of space for spreading. Press 5-8 smarties into each biscuit

    * 375 grams Condensed Milk
    * 3 cups Self raising flour
    * 150 grams Either choc chips/smarties/whatever you desire
    * Cooking spray

    Instructions
    1. Preheat oven to 180
    2. Cream butter and sugar together
    3. Add condensed milk and stir in
    4. Add flour (1 cup at a time) and stirring it in
    5. Add choc chips to recipe and stir in\
    6. Roll ingredients into balls and place on greased trays
    7. Put into oven when preheated
    Takes roughly 25 mins to cook.
