Ingredients:
50g butter
½ cup (125ml) maple syrup
4 ripe bananas, sliced into thirds on the diagonal
Method:
- Heat the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, add the maple syrup and simmer, stirring, for 2 minutes, or until well combined.
- Add the banana, stir gently to coat in the sauce and warm through for 5 minutes. Serve with ice cream.
