Made from wheat flour and available fresh or dried, these traditional creamy white Chinese noodles are heavier in texture than other noodles. They are great for stir-fry dishes that have plenty of sauce.
Substitute: rice stick noodles, egg noodles, linguine or fettuccine.
Cooking:
Fresh: Cook in boiling water for 3 minutes.
Dried: Cook in boiling water for 4-5 minutes.
