Makes ½ cups (125ml)
Ingredients:
1 cup (250ml) light soy sauce
1 tbsp peeled and grated fresh ginger
2 tsp superfine sugar
Method:
Combine soy sauce, ginger and sugar in bowl. Stir until sugar dissolves. Cover and let stand at least 15 minutes before serving.
Hint: Serve with fried wontons, spring rolls, deep fried shrimp balls.
