Makes ⅓ cup (90ml)


Ingredients:

½ tsp red pepper flakes
3 tbsp fish sauce
3 tbsp superfine sugar
juice of 3 lemons
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp grated carrot


Method:

  • Combine pepper flakes, fish sauce, sugar, lemon juice and garlic in bowl. Stir until sugar dissolves. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
  • Add carrot just before serving.

Hint: Serve with spring rolls, pot stickers.
