Ingredients:

150g long beans, cut into 4cm lengths

grind to a paste:
2 red chillies
4 shallots
1 clove garlic
1 tsp dried silver fish, soak till soft

2 tbsp oil
salt to taste
a pinch of turmeric powder


Method:

Heat oil, add chilli paste, fry till fragrant. Add long beans, salt and turmeric powder. Stir well. Do not overcook beans.
