Ingredients:
1 tbsp cooking oil
6 medium sized tomatoes, cut each into 8 wedges
1 tsp chilli powder
½ tbsp coriander powder
½ tbsp turmeric powder
½ cup water
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
salt to taste
for frying:
1 stick (4cm) cinnamon
3 cloves garlic
3 cardamoms
½ onion, slice finely
Method:
Heat oil, add ingredients for frying and fry till fragrant. Add tomatoes and the rest of the ingredients and bring to the boil. Continue boiling for 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat.
