Ingredients:

600g small to medium sized squids, clean well
2 tsp black peppercorns, grind fine
1½ tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
3 tsp water
8 tbsp oil


Method:

  • Mix black pepper, turmeric powder and water and fry in oil until fragrant.
  • Add squids and salt and fry for about 5 minutes.
  • Remove and drain.
