Serves 4


Ingredients:

½ cup (80g) dashi granules
2 tbsp red miso paste
2 spring onions, finely sliced


Method:

  1. Combine the dashi and 1 litre of water in a large pan and stir over medium heat until the granules dissolves.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of the hot liquid to the miso and mix into a smooth paste.
  3. Stir the miso paste into the rest of the hot liquid and bring to the boil. Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with the spring onions.
