Ingredients:

1½ kg chicken, remove skin and cut into small pieces
2 onions, cut into half and slice thinly
2 green chillies, cut into thin strips
1 red chilli, cut into thin strips
2 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
10 stalks big coriander leaves, chop
2 cups water
8 tbsp oil


Method:

Combine chicken with all the above ingredients (except oil) and 1 cup water from allowance in a big bowl. Heat oil, add chicken, fry till fragrant. Add rest of water, cover and leave to boil over a low heat until chicken is dry and brown, stirring occasionally. Garnish with small coriander leaves and potato crisps.
