Ingredients:

600g broken rice (beras hancor), clean, wash and soak 4-5 hours or preferably overnight
2 cups water


Method:

Strain rice. Put half the amount of rice and water in liquidiser. Liquidise till very fine; repeat with rest of rice and water.


Note: To get the dough really fine and smooth may take a bit of time, causing the liquidiser to get heated. It is therefore suggested that after every 5 minutes, the liquidiser should be switched off to allow it to cool for a couple of minutes.
