Ingredients:
1 can (425g) sardines
½ cucumber, peel, cut into small squares
¼ pineapple, cut into small squares
2 medium sized tomatoes, cut into small squares
1 big onion, chop
2 red chillies, slice
1 green chilli, slice
pinch of salt
pepper
some small coriander leaves for garnishing, chop
Method:
Arrange sardines on a platter. Mix all the other ingredients together and spread over sardines. Sprinkle with coriander leaves before serving.
