Ingredients:

6 pcs (450g) mutton chops
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
½ tsp black pepper powder
salt to taste
1 tsp cumin seeds, soak then crush coarsely
¼ cup water
6 tbsp oil
1 cup water
1 small bunch small coriander leaves, for garnishing


Method:

  • Mix all the spices, salt and ¼ cup water into a paste, and then rub paste over chops.
  • Heat oil, add chops and fry till fragrant. Add water, cover pan and cook over low heat. When meat is tender and moisture absorbed, remove from heat and drain. Garnish with small coriander leaves and serve hot.
