Ingredients:

3 shallots, sliced
1 red chilli, sliced
1 garlic, sliced
1cm ginger, shredded
200g beef fillet, thinly sliced
300g spinach, separate stalk from leaves and cut into 5cm lengths
2 tbsp light soya sauce
¼ cup water
salt to taste
3 tbsp oil


Method:

Heat oil. Add shallots, chilli, garlic and ginger. Fry till fragrant then add beef. Stir well. Add soya sauce, water and salt. Add vegetable stalks, cook a little while then add leaves. Do not overcook vegetables.
