Ingredients:
300g kai lan, separate leaves from stalks and cut or break into 5cm lengths
100g red snapper, slice and marinate with 1 tbsp light soya sauce and pepper
1 red chilli, sliced
3-4 shallots, sliced
2 cloves garlic, sliced
3 tbsp oil
Method:
Heat oil, add sliced ingredients. When fragrant, add fish and stir. Add vegetable stalks, sprinkle some water over, stir and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add leaves, stir and mix well. Vegetable must not be overcooked.
