Ingredients:

2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 red chillies, slice finely
2 green chillies, slice finely
1 medium onion, half then slice finely
2 cloves garlic, slice finely
1g black fungus, soak, clean, remove hard stump and drain
¼ cup water
pepper
salt to taste
1 tbsp light soya sauce
100g carrot, cut into strips
100g french beans, top and tail then slice fine diagonally
300g cooked rice

For garnishing:
2 stalks spring onion, chopped
2 stalks coriander leaves, chopped


Method:

  • Heat sesame and cooking oil. Add sliced ingredients and fry till fragrant. Add black fungus, stir then add water, salt, pepper and soya sauce. Stir then add carrot and beans. When vegetables are almost cooked, add cooked rice. Mix well.
  • Garnish with spring onions and coriander leaves.
