Ingredients:

1kg kwei teow
300g shredded beef
200g bean sprouts, tails removed
300g shrimps, shell removed and devein
200g kangkong, break or cut into 5cm lengths
2 tbsp dark soya sauce
6 tbsp oil

Grind finely:
10 dried chillies, soak to soften
5 red chillies, cut in pieces
1 onion, cut into pieces
2 cloves garlic, cut into pieces


Method:

Heat oil, add ground ingredients and fry till fragrant. Add beef, mix well with chilli mixture then add soya sauce. Stir well. Add shrimps, cook for a few minutes then add kwei teow. Mix well. Add kangkong and bean sprouts. Keep stirring till vegetables are cooked.
