Ingredients:
250g ox lung
1 tbsp turmeric powder mix with ½ tbsp coriander powder
salt to taste
oil for deep frying
Method:
- Put ox lung in saucepan with enough water to cover it and half tsp salt. Boil till tender. Remove and cut into ½cm thick slices.
- Marinate slices with a mixture of turmeric and coriander powder and salt.
- Heat oil. Add ox lung slices and fry till a little brown.
