Ingredients:

230g plain flour
120g rice flour
150g steamed ikan bilis
3 eggs
2 tsp coriander, roast then grind coarsely
¼ tsp cumin, roast then grind coarsely
1 small bunch big coriander leaves, chop fine
salt to taste
200ml water
oil for deep frying


Method:

  • Put the two types of flour, ground spices and salt in a bowl. Break eggs into flour, add coriander leaves and water, stir and mix well.
  • Add fish and mix.
  • Heat oil then drop mixture by the spoonful into oil using a desertspoon. Fry till golden brown.
  • Serve with Sambal Cuka.
