Ingredients:

600g kangkong, cut into 10cm lengths and shred stalks
150g shrimps, peel
salt to taste
4 tbsp oil

grind to a fine paste:
1 pc (2x2x1cm) dried shrimp paste
2 cloves garlic
8 dried chillies, soak beforehand
8 shallots, peel


Method:

Heat oil, add ground ingredients and salt. Fry till fragrant then add shrimps. Stir, add kangkong stalks, stir, then add leaves. Keep stirring till vegetable are cooked. Do not overcook.
