Ingredients:
450g small potatoes, peel and rub salt over them
1 tbsp coriander powder
½ tbsp chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
2½ cups water
6 tbsp ghee or cooking oil
coriander leaves, chop, for garnishing
Method:
- Heat ghee, and fry potatoes. When slightly brown, add coriander, chilli and turmeric powder and water.
- Cover and cook until dry, stirring now and then during cooking.
- When serving, garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
