Ingredients:
230g chicken meat, mince
1 small bunch coriander leaves, chop fine
1 small bunch mint leaves, chop fine
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp black pepper
1½ tbsp golden bread crumbs
salt to taste
oil for deep frying
Method:
- Combine all ingredients except oil in a bowl. Mix well and shape into small ovals. Deep fry till golden brown.
- Serve with chilli or mint sauce.
