Ingredients:

230g minced mutton
2 onions, chop fine
salt to taste
1 tsp black pepper
2 heaped tbsp flour
2 small bunches coriander leaves, chop fine
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
oil for deep frying


Method:

  • Combine all the ingredients, mix well, then shape into balls.
  • Heat oil, fry meat balls till golden brown.
Note: Beef or chicken may be used instead of mutton.
